Privacy Policy
Last updated September 4, 2026.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Horizon AI Solutions, LLC (“Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with the access to and use of the Horizon platform (the “Service”) by the individual using the Service (the “User”), currently made available as an early-stage pilot. By accessing or using the Service, User agrees to the collection, use, and disclosure of User's information as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
In connection with User's use of the Service, Horizon collects the following categories of information:
- Assessment responses, including RIASEC interest scores, MBTI-style preference indicators, education level, and career stage;
- Account information, limited to User's email address, which is used to authenticate User's account via a one-time passcode.
Horizon does not collect payment information, government-issued identification, health data, or any other category of sensitive personal information beyond what is described above.
2. How Horizon Uses User Information
- To generate User's assessment results, career matches, and personalized roadmap;
- To save User's results to User's account so that User may access them without retaking the assessment;
- To process User's responses using artificial intelligence models provided by Anthropic (Claude) in order to generate User's results and roadmap. Anthropic's own data handling terms govern this processing independently of the terms set out in this Policy.
3. Disclosure of User Information
Horizon does not sell User information. Horizon does not share individual assessment results with Chapman University, any employer, or any other third party.
No other user of the Service is able to access another User's individual results. As the founder of Horizon, Nicole Saleh retains technical access to the underlying database in the ordinary course of operating an early-stage product. No feature of the Service surfaces individual User responses to Horizon personnel, and individual results are not reviewed except in response to a bug report or support request initiated by the User.
4. Data Retention
Horizon retains User information for as long as User's account remains active. If User deletes User's account, User's assessment results and associated consent records are immediately and permanently removed from Horizon's database. Certain third-party infrastructure that Horizon relies upon, including backup systems, security logs, and email delivery logs, may retain a copy of certain information for a limited period as part of that infrastructure's standard operations. Horizon does not access or make use of any such retained copies, and such copies expire automatically according to each provider's standard retention schedule.
5. User Rights and Choices
User may delete User's account and all associated information at any time from User's account dashboard. User may also request a copy of User's information, or direct questions regarding this Policy, by contacting Horizon using the information in Section 7 below.
6. Changes to this Policy
Because the Service is an active pilot, this Policy may be revised as the Service develops. Horizon will communicate any material change to this Policy to active users of the Service.
7. Contact
Questions regarding this Policy, or requests concerning User information, may be directed to nicole@horizonaipath.com.
